LATE AFTERNOON — BRYANT PRODUCTS & PROGRAMS TRADESHOW

Big and full of great information, dealers and distributors alike look forward to the Bryant tradeshow every year. It’s a unique opportunity to meet with the Bryant staff and key vendors, and to talk about products and programs in a lively atmosphere.

EVENING — BRYANT AWARDS DINNER

It’s the perfect evening to honor the Circle of Champions, Medal of Excellence & Pinnacle dealers, announce the Charles Bryant Award winner and crown the Bryant Dealer of the Year. We will also acknowledge the Bryant Women in HVAC members in attendance. (The race program with Tony Kanaan has been moved to Saturday evening.)

MORNING — OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

NEW FOR 2020! BRYANT PARADE EXPERIENCE: ALL DEALERS WELCOME!

All Bryant Dealer Rally Customers can enjoy the Indianapolis 500^® Festival Parade in winning style. The event includes a private party in a downtown Indianapolis location, a fantastic view of the parade route, special parade tickets and lunch and beverages throughout the day. The entire Bryant family will celebrate and cheer on Tony Kanaan together!

DAY AT THE TRACK

Visit the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway on the day before the big race. Attend the ceremonial driver’s meeting, visit Gasoline Alley & the Hall of Fame museum and so much more.

EVENING — BUFFET DINNER AND BRYANT EVENING EVENT

NEW FOR 2020! BRYANT RACE PROGRAM WITH TONY KANAAN ON SATURDAY

Always a highlight of the Bryant Dealer Rally, Tony will join us before our famous Bryant Race Party Buffet Dinner. His insight into the Indy 500^® and his personal commitment to the sport of racing has made him a Customer favorite for many years. We’ll end the evening with the high-octane Bryant Race Dance Party!

RACE DAY WITH BRYANT — THE SECOND GREATEST SPECTACLE IN RACING!

There’s nothing like race day with Bryant and you’re our special guest.

From the moment we leave the hotel with a police escort and arrive at our very own pavilion on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway grounds, it will be an experience you’ll never forget…including another visit from Tony Kanaan!

EVENING — OUR FINAL EVENT

Enjoy another wonderful Bryant Annual Closing Celebration and Buffet followed by a mellow evening where you and your friends share memories of the 2020 Bryant Dealer Rally.

Reservations will be made for all participants by Bryant distributors. All changes and/or cancellations must be made through the distributor.

DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY

• A valid photo ID and credit card must be presented upon hotel check-in.
• Check-in at the hotel is 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 12:00 p.m.
• Guests arriving prior to 3:00 p.m. on their arrival day will be accommodated as rooms become available.
• Participants will be responsible for all incidental charges at the hotel and must clear their room account upon checkout.
• The Indianapolis Marriott East Hotel is a smoke-free hotel.

Purchase your Bryant race gear throughout the event. Check the meeting app for store hours and location.

Ground transportation to and from the Indianapolis airport will be provided. More details will be provided closer to the event.

• Don’t forget your race ticket! You CANNOT get through the gate without it. Everyone must have a ticket, regardless of age.
• Wear comfortable shoes and weather appropriate attire.
• Bring a radio, earplugs, sunglasses, seat cushion, cooler, sun block, etc.
• Follow the bus captains’ instructions regarding gate entrance, seat location, weather problems, bus re-boarding, etc.
• Return to buses in the same location where you were dropped off in the morning.
